Are you passionate about helping an innovative SME grow and find the right people? If yes, then you might be the HR intern we are looking for!

• Developing a HR strategy for the company to attract and retain tech talent;
• Build relations with key universities in Europe to source interns;
• Manage and post job opportunities on social media;
• Identify and participate in relevant job fairs;

To be eligible for this internship, you should have/ be:

• A 3^rd year student for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR and people management;
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a proactive and creative attitude.
• Be based in the Netherlands (preferably within 30 km from Rotterdam) with a valid work permit

Are you passionate about helping an innovative SME grow and establish new internal processes to help companies work more efficiently? If yes, then you might be the Business Administration intern we are looking for!

• Analysing current business processes and identifying process improvements;
• Creating and implementing new business processes;
• Studying and evaluating tools supporting efficient communication and work flows;
• Setting up effective procedures and structure for project management and progress monitoring;
• Supporting in day-to-day administration tasks.

To be eligible for this internship, you should have/be:

• A 3^rd year student for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or management;
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a proactive and creative attitude;
• Be based in the Netherlands (preferably within 30 km of Rotterdam) with a valid work permit.

Are you passionate about helping an innovative SME grow internationally? If yes, then you might be the Business Development intern we are looking for!

As a Business Development intern you will be responsible for:

• Studying new geographical markets and industries;
• Identifying opportunities for company growth;
• Create client proposals and support in calls;
• Supporting in innovation projects

To be eligible for this internship, you should have/ be:

• A 3^rd year enrolled student for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or Engineering;
• Speak fluent English;
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a proactive and creative attitude;
• Be based in the Netherlands (preferable within 30km of Rotterdam) with a valid work permit;
• Technical background is a plus;
• Other languages such as Spanish, Portugese and French is a plus.
