WHAT IS SGC
SGC is an AI based decision making solution in the second level of measurement and control system. As an advance control system, SGC optimize the process using 3 main modules.
- Controller: Autonomously controls the grinding circuit by sending the variable setpoints for an optimum performance
- Optimizer: AI based unit, optimizes the control parameters and adapt the controller to new situation within grinding circuit
- Liner Expert (LinEX) Predictive maintenance module for mill liners. Gives insight information of mill, such as online status of wear of liners, position of toe & shoulder.
SMCS is a stand alone system which can easily be connected to PLC system and communicate via OPC server
Adaptive optimization
The AI deep learning and GA module constantly analysis data from the processing line, recognizing the different patterns in mill and SGC performance, and make sure that system is upgraded and at constantly running at it’s best.
Fully autonomous controller
SGC can control your grinding circuit autonomously. This will allow the operator to focus on other controlling tasks and eliminate human error. The result will be a better performance and safer working environment
Integrated controller
SGC is capable of controlling the whole grinding circuit, the mill, the feeders, the cyclones,… based on an integrated multi-objective control strategy. This approach will improve the performance of the whole processing line.
